Refund policy

Effective Date: 27 February, 2026

At Eenkai, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet high quality standards. Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

In the interest of fairness and quality assurance, remedies are limited strictly to replacement in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.


 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

Replacement is allowed only in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Must be in original packaging.

  • No signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

 


 

2. CLAIM PROCESS

Customer must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice copy

  • Minimum 2 photos and 1 unedited video

  • Additional proof if requested

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection.

 


 

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customer must initially ship the product at their own cost.

If replacement is approved:

  • Eenkai will reimburse standard shipping charges (as per reputable courier rates).

  • Replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

 


 

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Requests beyond 10 days

Eenkai reserves sole discretion in approving replacement requests.

 


 

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within India only.

 


 

2. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We may use:

  • Delhivery

  • BlueDart

  • Trackon

  • Maruti Courier

Selection depends on service availability.

 


 

3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders are processed within up to 14 days.

  • After dispatch, delivery may take 4–6 business days.

Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently, no shipping charges apply.

 


 

5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If shipment is confirmed lost by Eenkai:

  • We may offer reshipment or refund at our sole discretion.

Claims must be reported within ten (10) days of expected delivery date.
