The Website is hosted on Shopify. Users may create an account to facilitate purchases.

Eenkai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

 

 

3. PRODUCTS

  • We currently sell physical jewellery products.

  • We may introduce digital products (including but not limited to gift cards) in the future.

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We attempt to display product colours and details accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings.

 

 

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Eenkai reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Suspend or blacklist accounts.

Orders may be cancelled in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Abuse of return/replacement policy.

  • Repeated excessive return behaviour.

  • Misuse or intentional damage of products.

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

  • Violation of these Terms.

 

 

5. PAYMENT

We use Razorpay and may use other payment gateways in the future.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Wallets supported by Razorpay

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

 

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website including but not limited to:

  • Product designs

  • Photographs

  • Logos

  • Wordmarks

  • Text, graphics, layout

are the exclusive property of Eenkai.

The name "Eenkai" and associated wordmark are trademarked (application pending).

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to third-party services including:

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

 

 

8. SHIPPING & REPLACEMENTS

All shipping and replacement terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund/Replacement Policy.

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eenkai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
