3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

• Orders are processed within up to 3-5 days.

• After dispatch, delivery may take 4–6 business days.

• Made to Order products take upto 15-20 days to be processed.

Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently, no shipping charges apply.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If shipment is confirmed lost by Eenkai:

• We may offer reshipment or refund at our sole discretion.

Claims must be reported within ten (10) days of expected delivery date.
