Ice Apple Alchemy
Ice Apple Alchemy is Eenkai’s 2026 edit inspired by the landscapes of Southern tip of India, where the toddy palms, ice apples, windmills, salt farms, red sand and coastal light come together. There is an identity that these elements carry and the collection translates these into jewellery, drawing from the region’s craft traditions and the distinctive GI tagged gold-leafed Vadasery temple jewellery.
