The Lullaby of the Ice Apples is a 92.5 silver necklace blending an ancient craft with modernist design. The three charms hang on a silver ring: a cluster of three carved rose quartz beads, like the ice apples that show up in threes inside the palm fruit; a rectangular talisman with an embossed toddy palm; and an authentic Vadasery Temple Jewellery half moon set with red Kemp stones.
Ice Apple Alchemy comes from the southern tip of India as it is remembered: toddy palms swaying over paddy fields, sticky ice apples, windmills standing tall, glittering salt farms and sun-baked red earth. Eenkai turns this landscape, half memory, half dream, into everyday jewellery.

About Vadasery Temple Jewellery
Since the 9th century, the craft has adorned deities, temple dancers and royalty, and it is still worn today by classical dancers and brides. It has been kept alive by a small cluster of hereditary artisan families in Vadasery, Nagercoil, and protected by a GI tag. To wear a piece today is to carry a little of that history.

This piece, made in 92.5 silver, brings together two crafts: Vadassery Temple Jewellery with 24kt gold leafing and 24kt gold plating, and elements made in Jaipur plated in 22kt micron gold or 92.5 silver.
General care tips:
> Avoid water, perfumes, makeup, chemicals and excessive moisture, and remove before bathing or swimming
> Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use, and avoid chemical cleaners and abrasives
> Store separately in its Eenkai box, away from humidity and direct sunlight
